Pichica came to the THS after she fell from an 8th story balcony. The leg was badly broken and despite attempts to fix it, the vets had to amputate. She gets along just fine hopping around and is expected to heal with no complications. She has the typical "tortitude", but is very sweet when calm. She would probably do best in a home with no kids and no other cats.
Update: Pichica has been transferred into the care of Toronto Cat Rescue

what a cutie!!!
I thought she was adopted but just waiting to be picked up!!
She is still there and available
It's amazing how well they get around. Those of us with only two legs have a great deal of difficulty, don't we?
What a beautiful girl.
My foster cat Alex only has three legs and she could beat my other cats in a race any day :)
I met her on Wednesday -she kept trying to get my attention-she's lovely! I had a 3 legged cat named Cleo who live to be 17-she never realized she only had three legs! Someone please adopt Pichica! I would but I have a crazy female cat named Bella. I going tomorrow and adopt a male.
Is pichica one of the poor kitties whom is a candidate for euthanization? Thanks!!
Thsnk you, TCR! What a pretty girl and I bet she is fast on her feet!
i 'm so happy are taking her-I'll try yo find her a home.
Does anyone know how old she is? We're considering being foster parents. :)
