Midnight is a 13 year old neutered male. He came to the shelter in September 2009 when his owner had to move into a hospital and could not care for him. After living his whole life in a home, he doesn't like being at the shelter and is urgently seeking a new family to come and adopt him. Its hard to tell from this terrible photo, but he is a little chubby, so is being fed a special diet and a dietary supplement long-term. Despite his age, he is otherwise healthy and really quite low-maintenance. He is very sweet and will rub himself all over you the moment you open his cage door. The poor guy just wants to go back to the familiar comforts of home and feel like he's loved again for the rest of his life.Update: Midnight has been adopted!

What a great blog this is.... as a volunteer cat groomer at the THS, I think you've done an incredible job capturing the personalities of these lovely cats. Thank you for all you're doing for these cats!!
