Elaine is a calm and gentle 3 year old girl that really has nothing wrong with her. I can only assume that she is still there only because she is black. The staff have noted that she is a finicky eater but hell so am I. She has a very mild heart murmur that doesn't need medication and had most of her teeth removed.Update: Elaine has been adopted!
